Senior Sales Engineer, Workfusion - Banking and Financial Services
UiPath
LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. Weโre committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who careโabout each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
YOUR MISSION
WorkFusion, a UiPath Company, builds AI agents that take on the heavy lifting of financial crime operations so banks and financial institutions can move faster, stay compliant, and scale without adding headcount. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you turn product capability into buying decisions. You partner directly with Account Executives as a co-owner of deal outcomes.
You'll run discovery workshops, design solutions, build and deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-value engagements, and own content creation. You'll work across multiple strategic accounts and multiple AEs. The scope is broad because the expectation is high: you move without being asked, figure things out quickly, and connect technical depth to commercial outcomes.
This role also sits at the intersection of Sales and Product. You'll surface field intelligence, influence the roadmap, and help shape how WorkFusion goes to market including co-creating demos, contributing to webinars and analyst briefings, and helping build partner enablement programs. This role has real range and real influence for someone who wants both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Deal Execution
- Own the solution side of the sales process across the full cycle, from qualification through close and expansion
- Build and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements that make the value concrete
- Lead discovery workshops to surface real requirements; translate them into solution designs and WorkFusion busines...
