Aescape is looking for a Senior or Staff level Backend Engineer that will work directly with a stellar team to help build core software components that enable the team to quickly build and deploy complex software. You will have the opportunity to proactively solve unique problems and build software and systems that act as force multipliers for our development teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design and implement scalable, robust APIs in Golang that power our main applications.

- Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in both development and production environments.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for our backend ecosystem.

- Be diligent, curious, and take complete ownership of your code end-to-end with a clear sense of urgency.
