You'll be at the forefront of innovation, using your expertise to craft, execute, and elevate testing reports using state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Your expertise will ensure that new and enhanced systems, along with their intricate interfaces, perform flawlessly. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate SIT & UAT phases across multiple banking applications and releases Define test strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria, and test plans Design and validate end-to-end business test scenarios (core banking, payments, channels) Coordinate with business users for UAT execution, sign-offs, and feedback Manage defects lifecycle (logging, triage, prioritization, resolution tracking) Ensure integration validation across systems (core banking, payments, reporting) Support test data management and environment readiness Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and data privacy requirements (GDPR) Provide test status reporting, dashboards, and risk assessments to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and automation If you thrive on the pursuit of perfection in an imperfect world and ready to transform the world of software testing – join us at Kyndryl and be a part of something extraordinary.
