Our client is a Plastic Surgery–led medical aesthetics practice operating in a highly regulated environment. With a strong emphasis on Plastic Surgery, the brand prioritizes premium positioning, patient trust, and a high-touch experience designed to attract and convert high-quality surgical and aesthetics patients. The team has established clear brand foundations and is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented partner to execute consistently across social channels while maintaining compliance and brand integrity.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Strategist will own the social media strategy and day-to-day execution that strengthens brand authority and supports business growth. This highly visible role is responsible for translating a premium brand voice into a repeatable content engine, balancing storytelling, education, and conversion-driven content while operating within a HIPAA-sensitive, regulated environment. The role requires close collaboration with leadership on positioning and priorities, combined with independent planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SOCIAL STRATEGY & CONTENT PLANNING

- Own the social media strategy and translate business goals into a clear, repeatable content plan.

- Build structured content pillars that support brand authority, including education, credibility, patient journey storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, and FAQs.

- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal demand, and business priorities.

- Partner with leadership to ensure content reflects premium positioning and resonates with the intended patient audience.
