Known for simplifying the certification process and achieving high pass rates, they are expanding into new digital and educational initiatives with an increasing focus on strengthening brand presence through creative, video-driven social media content.

Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will grow the company’s organic presence through creative content strategies centered on short-form video. The Social Media Manager will develop a consistent content calendar, produce platform-specific videos, and drive engagement across social channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and proactive, with hands-on experience producing videos, managing multi-platform accounts, and adapting quickly to evolving trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a 30–60 day content calendar for consistent posting.
- Create, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to each platform.
- Design complementary graphics and captions that reinforce the brand’s tone and message.
- Stay current on social trends and implement new ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management
- Oversee daily posting, community interaction, and audience engagement.
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially YouTube.
- Monitor analytics to identify top-performing content and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align content with marketing goals and initiatives.
Brand Voice & Growth
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging across platforms.
- Test creative content styles such as humor, shock, and storytelling to capture attention and expand reach.
- Develop new engagement strategies to grow organic followers and increase conversions.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or agency.
- Proven track record of growing followers and engagement through short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
- Experience with short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Platform expertise: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Excellent creative judgment for visuals, captions, and storytelling.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read metrics and adjust content accordingly.
- Comfortable on camera and/or guiding others in video production.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
- Passionate about building organic social presence and community engagement.
