ROLE OVERVIEW
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies that support the brand’s creative direction and digital growth. This role is responsible for planning content creation, managing posting schedules, and developing innovative campaign ideas that align with brand goals and engage the target audience. The strategist will collaborate closely with creators and internal teams to ensure content consistency, maximize engagement, and maintain a strong, recognizable digital presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTENT STRATEGY & CREATION
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Collaborate with content creators to generate engaging and relevant content ideas.
- Oversee content creation to ensure consistency in messaging and visual style.
CONTENT POSTING & SCHEDULING
- Schedule content across platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Ensure content is published at optimal times to maximize audience engagement.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to track posting timelines.
