As a Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy, you will play a critical role in supporting our high-priority, cross-functional operational and strategic projects for Oak Street Health, with a focus on improving center and service operations. Key responsibilities include completing data analysis to derive insights on operational performance, leading business case creation, and supporting strategy development and implementation planning. The Sr. Analyst, will report into Lead Director, Operations Strategy & Enablement, and will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and field partners Role Description: The Sr. Analysts, Operations Strategy role supports on high-priority cross-functional operational projects – spanning from service operations projects to field enablement The Sr. Analyst, Operations Strategy will report into the Director, Clinical Operations Strategy and operate with moderate guidance The ideal candidate is a self-starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and thrives in a fast-paced environment The role should champion collaboration by proactively identifying and sharing challenges This role requires collaboration across teams within Operations and other corporate functions (e.g., Population Health, Clinical Health Services), as well as partners...
