About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated attorney with extensive experience in executive compensation and equity matters to join our expanding corporate legal team. This individual will be a key liaison between the corporate legal, employment legal and HR functions and play a leading role in a wide range of workstreams, including in connection with CrowdStrike’s M&A transactions, compensation-related disclosures and equity incentive matters. This position is open to candidates remotely in the USA. What You'll Do: Lead compensation and equity-related workstreams for M&A transactions, partnering closely with employment legal, HR and other teams to negotiate and drive alignment on key deal documents, manage due diligence, administer post-closing holdback arrangements and more. Advise on compensation-related disclosures and corporate governance matters, including in connection with CrowdStrike’s proxy statement filings and annual meeting of stockholders.
