About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Go-to-Market team and drive the transformation of our partner experience. You will play a critical role in optimizing the Salesforce-based tools and processes that power our alliance/channel partner ecosystem and internal operations teams. What You'll Do: Lead business analysis efforts for partner portal and Salesforce transformation projects that enhance how partners interact with CrowdStrike Gather, document, and translate business requirements from alliance/channel teams and internal operations stakeholders into functional specifications Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, partner certifications, partner information management, and approval workflows Design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement in the partner experience Conduct user acceptance testing, create test plans, and ensure solutions meet busi...
