About the Role: In CrowdStrike Resilience, we partner with teams across the company to build resilience into every system and process from the ground up, to prevent incidents through observability and operational excellence, and to respond with speed and precision when disruption occurs. As Senior Engineer II on the team, you will put resilience principles into practice, working directly with engineers and leaders in designing and implementing highly-available systems. This role requires an experienced engineer who has built and run customer-facing services at high scale in environments where availability is a table-stakes requirement. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with teams across the company on strategic resilience initiatives Consult on architectural practices and design patterns Own the full lifecycle of resilience projects, from design through implementation and operations Provide guidance and support to teams in continually raising the bar for resilience across our products Mentor other developers and cross-functional partners to support a strong culture of resilience What You’ll Need: Demonstrated proficienc...
