About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead a global team of data engineers responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing modern data ingestion and processing pipelines. This leader will play a critical role in integrating a variety of data sources, enabling analytics and AI-driven insights, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our enterprise data platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong people leadership across global teams, and a proven ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment. What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of data engineers, fostering collaboration across time zones and driving operational excellence. Architect and oversee large-scale data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Airflow, DBT, Python, Kafka streaming, and Snowflake.
