What you’ll be doing
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the primary guardian and growth driver of our most valuable merchant relationships. Reporting directly to the Strategic Partnership Director, you will act as the bridge between Satispay’s long-term vision and our partners' operational success. You will own the end-to-end relationship for a boutique portfolio of 4-5 top-tier global accounts (e.g., Amazon). Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategic Portfolio Management – By serving as the dedicated C-level point of contact for Satispay’s most influential partners, managing complex, multi-layer international relationships and decision-making processes.
- Strategic Growth & Planning – By developing and executing multi-year account plans to drive transaction volumes, optimise UX through internal campaigns, and explore international expansion opportunities.
- Product Innovation & Integration – By identifying opportunities for deeper integration, such as the adoption of new features (BNPL, Fringe Benefits) or pioneering new business ventures like co-branded cards and loyalty program synergies.
- Relationship Orchestration – By acting as the owner of your portfolio, coordinating across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Tech teams. You will ensure the right internal stakeholders are brought into the conversation at the right time to solve part...
