In this role, you will be at the forefront of embedding intelligent AI-powered agents into Salesforce environments, enhancing customer interactions, automating complex business processes, and optimizing user experiences. This role uniquely combines Salesforce expertise and passion for AI/Agentic-driven solutions. You will partner closely with customers, internal account teams, product experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into AI-driven Salesforce agents that deliver tangible, measurable business outcomes. You will analyze requirements, design and implement intelligent Agentforce-powered agents within Salesforce, and continuously optimize the experience & performance to drive business value and consumption. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-driven, and excels in communication and collaboration. They should enjoy building relationships and quickly adapting to new technologies. This role suits individuals with strong technical skills who want to grow their careers at Salesforce and work with autonomous agent technologies. They will be the primary contact for helping customers activate, use, and expand Agentforce in their organizations. Responsibilities: Assess technical and business readiness and map organizational processes through direct customer engagement Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Agentforce agents within Salesforce; building agents that meet compliance requirements, business logic, and customer experience goals Recommend opportunities to reengineer processes by combining AI agent capabilities with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and OmniStudio. Identify and provide recommendations on data strategy, data quality, governance (e.g., legal reviews, AI council), and software development lifecycle best practices.
