JOB DESCRIPTION
Weโre looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the delivery of both strategic platform initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) technical operations. This role operates across long-term transformation programmes and day-to-day delivery, ensuring immediate operational priorities and future platform goals are delivered in a coordinated, structured, and sustainable way. You will help shape platform roadmaps and transformation initiatives, while also supporting operational delivery through ticketing systems, task management, and daily prioritisation.
As a TPM, you will connect systems architecture, technical implementation, and business strategy - ensuring solutions are designed and executed cohesively across multiple teams. Youโll work closely with software engineers, data platform specialists, and systems architects to keep programmes moving efficiently from design through to deployment.
This role requires a blend of delivery excellence, technical understanding, and systems thinking. You will be equally comfortable aligning on long-term architecture and strategy, and stepping into the detail to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum at the sprint and operational level.
