The Role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Modern Sales Leadership: • Create a modern, high ‑ performance sales culture built on innovation, discipline, and value ‑ based selling. • Drive adoption of advanced commercial practices, competitive insight, and data ‑ driven decision ‑ making across GT10 pursuits. • Partner deeply with Consulting, Solutioning, and Delivery to ensure every pursuit reflects all of Kyndryl. Deal Strategy & Execution: • Lead and govern all GT10 deals from qualification through signature, ensuring rigor across commercial strategy, pricing, financial modelling, and negotiation. • Provide executive oversight for $100M–$500M+ multi ‑ tower deals, acting as sponsor in C ‑ suite engagements. • Ensure deal coaches are fully tied into solutioning to align scope, narrative, and architecture. Talent Development & Capability Building: • Ensure deal makers have the skills needed for complex enterprise sales. • Coach and develop deal executives and deal coaches to represent Kyndryl confidently in market. Ecosystem & Partner Engagement: • Build strong relationships with hyperscalers, alliance partners, and 3rd ‑ party advisors. • Ensure advisors are engaged early and aligned with Kyndryl’s vision. • Collaborate closely with Consulting to shape early opportunities.
