This position focuses on presenting company-approved insurance products to clients through scheduled virtual consultations. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who are performance-driven and interested in building long-term income potential. Full training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required. What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you will: Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom and phone Present and explain insurance products clearly and professionally Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Guide clients through the enrollment process Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups Participate in team training and ongoing coaching sessions Meet weekly performance goals This role does not involve door-to-door sales. Lead generation details are discussed during the interview process.
