Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with deep eCommerce experience to join a lean growth consultancy embedded directly inside DTC and Shopify brands. We handle paid media, email, CRO, SEO, and AI marketing as a single accountable partner, not a large agency with layers between the work and the results. The designer we bring on will work across every customer touchpoint that drives revenue, from the first ad impression to the post-click landing experience to the email that converts a browser into a buyer. This is not a brand identity role. It is a performance-focused, output-heavy creative position for a designer who understands how eCommerce actually works.
