Lead RPA Engineer

We're looking for an Lead RPA Engineer who can build and maintain production automations, lead a small team of RPA specialists, and set the standard for how the team communicates and executes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role inside a fast-moving AI-native healthcare platform. You will not be managing from a distance. You will be in the work alongside your team while also owning cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and product. The platform is tackling some of the deepest administrative inefficiencies in American healthcare, and automation is central to how it delivers care at scale.
