The Role As a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy. You will combine business leadership, industry expertise, and technological vision to help clients unlock value through AI and data-driven transformation. You will lead business development initiatives, define go-to-market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth • Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy • Identify, design, and implement value-driven solutions tailored to client needs • Define go-to-market strategies and support sales initiatives Partner & Ecosystem Management • Build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms) • Drive joint initiatives and co-innovation opportunities Customer Engagement • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders • Define AI and data transformation strategies aligned with business objectives • Ensure successful delivery of high-impact consulting engagements Service Line Leadership • Define and evolve service offerings, methodologies, and best practices • Ensure delivery quality and measurable business outcomes • Foster innovation and continuous improvement w...
