The Role
As an SMB Sales Manager at Overjet, you will play a crucial role in building out our sales force as well as driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for hiring, leading and managing a team of SMB Account Executives, developing sales strategies, and executing them to achieve company sales targets. Your expertise in sales, dentistry, and AI technology will be essential in promoting and selling our innovative products and solutions to dental practices and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Monthly Quotas: We have a beat and raise culture at Overjet. You will be responsible for hitting, beating, and raising monthly revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals and targets, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture.
- Sales Strategy & Playbook: Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts. Define positioning and competitive differentiation strategies.
