THE ROLE

At Heidi, we’re building a world-class Finance team to power our rapidly growing global operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst based in the Philippines to join our team and provide dedicated support to our US and Canada regions.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to our Order to Cash (O2C) process, managing billing, collections, and reporting activities that ensure accuracy and efficiency across our financial operations. You’ll work on a PST/PDT timezone schedule, partnering closely with North American stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date financial data, improve collections processes, and ensure smooth revenue flow. This role reports to Heidi’s Accounts Receivable Lead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations for the US and Canada regions, including invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer account reconciliations.

- Manage AR processes in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment, with a strong focus on subscription-based billing.
