The Role Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients. Our Senior Microsoft Copilot Administrators / Copilot Platform Engineers are responsible for the strategy, governance, administration, and scalability of Microsoft Copilot across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role acts as the platform owner for Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled M365 workloads—ensuring secure adoption, enterprise readiness, business alignment, and continuous value realization. The role partners closely with Security, Compliance, M365 Engineering, Power Platform, Data (Fabric), and Business Stakeholders to embed AI responsibly into daily workstreams. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end administration of Microsoft Copilot for M365, including licensing, feature management, updates, and service health. Configure and manage Copilot experiences across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Loop, and Viva. Drive Copilot lifecycle management from pilot → scale → optimization.
