THE ROLE

The Data Specialist team works directly with our customers to help them ingest their raw business data into the Watershed platform in order to produce high quality, accurate measurements, reports, and decarbonization plans. The team reviews raw data sent by our customers, advises customers on solutions for data quality issues, transforms the data to fit Watershed templates, documents the transformations, and uploads the transformed data to the Watershed platform. The team prides itself on delivering high-quality professional services and producing error-free, timely work.

As our Data Specialist Manager, you will lead a professional services team that supports some of the world’s largest and most influential companies https://watershed.com/en-GB/customers to accelerate their sustainability programs and extract value out of the Watershed platform. You will uphold quality standards, drive standardization, and coach the team for growth. You will drive strategic initiatives that level-up the quality and efficiency of an already high-performing team – including being at the leading edge of integrating AI into the team’s workflow.
