Role Overview:
We are seeking a eCommerce Marketing Manager to take charge of performance marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) with the opportunity to grow into a full e-commerce leadership role. This position requires someone who can thrive in a high-growth startup environment, focusing on paid media optimization, improving conversion rates, and managing strategic agency relationships to drive significant revenue growth.

Growth Plan:

- First 90 Days Focus

- Take over Meta ads + improve performance

- Identify key funnel leaks

- Ship quick CRO wins

- 3–6 Months

- Scale ad spend

- Improve AOV + CVR

- Build reporting systems

- 6–12 Months

- Hire and manage team/agencies

Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Media Management & Strategy

- Take hands-on control of Meta advertising campaigns with a current monthly ad spend of $6-8K, with plans to scale through Q4.

- Optimize current agency performance or source and manage new paid media partners.

- Develop and execute high-performing creatives using existing content, spotting and scaling winning concepts across channels.
