ROLE OVERVIEW

The AI Systems Builder will design, build, and maintain AI-native systems that power social media automation, internal operations, and workflow optimization. This role requires a highly autonomous builder who can take ambiguous problems, develop functional AI agent solutions, deploy them into production, and continuously iterate based on real-world performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Agent Development

- Build and maintain AI social media agents that monitor performance, generate content drafts, and execute scheduled publishing workflows

- Develop agents for internal operations, including communications routing, workflow automation, data aggregation, and task delegation

- Structure agent deployments using Claude Code, Cowork, and relevant APIs from initial build through production

- Write and maintain evals to test agent outputs for quality, accuracy, and edge-case failures before deployment

- Iterate on agent logic based on real-world performance data

Internal Workflow & Operations Automation

- Identify manual processes and propose AI-native solutions to replace them
