Our client is a leading company specializing in eCommerce and natural products, seeking to expand its Shopify operations. They aim to optimize and enhance the customer journey through effective eCommerce management and AI-driven automation. This role offers the chance to work on both traditional eCommerce management and innovative AI solutions, helping streamline workflows and improve overall operations.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management to help optimize and manage the company’s Shopify store. You will be responsible for handling front-end updates, ensuring products are properly listed, and maintaining the site’s functionality for an enhanced user experience. This role also includes an AI-forward component, where you’ll leverage tools like Claude Code to build lightweight internal tools, automate workflows, and improve efficiency across eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Management:
- Manage Shopify store and front-end updates, ensuring smooth operations and up-to-date product listings.
- Add and update product descriptions, images, and variants, ensuring all information is accurate and consistent.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring products are correctly represented and availability is accurate.
- Product Listings & Updates:
- Ensure products are properly listed with accurate descriptions, images, variants, and pricing.
- Set up new product listings, update existing products, and ensure products are optimized for searchability.
