About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to own the vision and execution of Dandy’s field marketing and hosted-event programs, blending high-touch experiences with a data-driven approach to B2B growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful in-person experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events, including dinners, networking events, and educational workshops to drive new customer acquisition.

- Create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event marketing, guest list management, onsite execution, and post-event follow up.

- Proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide, serving as the primary strategic lead for external relationship management.

- Own field event performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights that refine future planning and drive continuous improvement in program efficiency.

- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals and prepare onsite teams for successful customer and prospect engagement.

- Provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report, fostering individual growth and creating standardized workflows that allow the events function to scale with the company.
