We are hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations, Strategic Programs lead to help drive OpenAI's highest-priority GTM programs from strategy through execution. This role sits at the center of complex, cross-functional work across Sales, Product, Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations, Enablement, Finance, Communications, and leadership.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who can turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans, align stakeholders, keep execution moving, and build the operating systems that help the GTM organization scale. You will help ensure our most important programs have clear ownership, strong coordination, customer and field signal, and measurable business impact.
About the Role
You will operate across strategy and execution, partnering with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to shape, plan, and deliver strategic programs that matter to the business. You will translate complex business priorities into aligned workstreams, clear milestones, operating cadences, and executive-ready updates.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, building durable processes, influencing without authority, and rolling up their sleeves to remove blockers. You should be energized by fast-moving environments, high-stakes priorities, and work that requires both strategic judgment and operational rigor.
Drive Strategic Programs
- Lead high-priority GTM initiatives including product launches, sales plays, and customer programs
