Internal Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on Latin America recruiting . You will own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers. This is not a coordinator role. It is built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple priorities with precision.
