Your job
As Marketing Automation Manager, you design and implement data‑driven, AI‑powered improvements across our marketing systems and technology stack. In this role, you’ll partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to turn complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences that help our teams experiment and grow faster.
- Drive the design and rollout of AI‑driven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales and Product (e.g. lead enrichment, content generation support or predictive segmentation), in close collaboration with Engineering, Data and Analytics teams.
- Analyze and optimize the lead‑to‑customer funnel in collaboration with CRM, Sales and Product teams to reduce drop‑off, improve qualification and increase activation
- Co‑own the evolution of the lead scoring model, defining new behavioral, firmographic and product‑usage signals and validating impact on conversion and sales efficiency
- Partner with UX/UI, Marketing and Data to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and lead ingestion flows, translating insights into reusable patterns and playbooks
