The Role Role Overview In this role, you will focus on designing and preparing OCM delivery plans mainly for AI customer engagements. You will translate customer-specific AI use cases into actionable change strategies, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans. Responsibilities: Design and prepare OCM delivery drafts, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans aligned to specific AI use cases. Collaborate closely with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context, user personas, and change impacts. Apply the Kyndryl Organizational Change Management framework to develop tailored adoption strategies that support customer transformation goals. Develop structured OCM assets such as messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, and readiness assessments. Identify potential change risks and resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies. Partner with delivery teams to ensure OCM materials integrate smoothly into overall customer engagement plans. Adhere to project governance and documentation requirements. Contribute insights to enhance OCM delivery practices based on customer feedback and lessons learned. Support OCM team capability-building by sharing best practices and templates.
