Our client is a fast-growing, consumer-facing brand in the beauty and wellness space, operating on a subscription-based model with performance-driven growth at its core. Their primary acquisition channel is a personalized quiz funnel, and paid media plays a critical role in scaling customer acquisition. The team values hands-on operators who understand how each stage of the funnel connects and can manage performance independently with minimal oversight.

Role Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media across paid social and search channels. This role is designed for an experienced buyer who is comfortable managing the full funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through conversion and subscription, and who can evaluate performance beyond last-click metrics while driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
PAID MEDIA EXECUTION & OPTIMIZATION
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google/YouTube.
- Own performance across the full funnel, including quiz starts, quiz completions, trials, and subscriptions.
- Monitor accounts daily, proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
TESTING & PERFORMANCE STRATEGY
- Execute structured testing across audiences, creative concepts, and messaging.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize budget allocation and pacing across channels to meet performance goals.
RETARGETING & MID-FUNNEL OWNERSHIP
- Build and manage mid-funnel and retargeting campaigns using engaged audiences and quiz-based segments.
- Activate and leverage CRM-based audiences, including email and SMS segments, within paid platforms.
AD COPY & MESSAGING
- Write, test, and iterate ad copy for paid social and Google Search ads.
- Ensure messaging aligns with funnel stage, user intent, and creative direction.
COLLABORATION & REPORTING
- Collaborate closely with the internal creative team to provide clear feedback and testing direction.
- Maintain clean account structure and clear performance reporting.
- Communicate results, insights, and next steps in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- 4โ5+ years of hands-on performance media buying experience.
- Proven experience managing Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok accounts.
- Strong background in full-funnel performance marketing, particularly lead-to-subscription or quiz-based funnels.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer subscription businesses is a plus.
SKILLS
- Highly analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable owning performance and operating autonomously from clear briefs and playbooks.
- Strong written communication skills and proactive stakeholder communication.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in execution.
- Familiarity with UGC-driven creative environments is a plus.
