Job Details Job Summary The Principal Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director and Account Manager within a defined geographic area to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Principal Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving projected sales goals, Company objectives, and increasing sales revenue. The Principal Clinical Specialist works closely with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to drive procedural and practice success in Structural Heart and Interventional procedures. As the highest level of Clinical Specialist, the Principal Clinical Specialist serves as the regional clinical expert for team training as well as clinical and technical trouble shooting. Essential Duties: Collaborates with the Account Manager to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients. Provides clinical expertise for Structural Heart implanting centers to provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use and best practices to facilitate procedural consistency and best clinical outcomes. Provide and assist in education and training activities with physicians, hospital support staff, and Haemonetics personnel.
