ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by managing CRM records, overseeing data cleanup initiatives, handling sales reporting, and executing various sales enablement tasks. This role also includes administrative responsibilities related to HR and recruitment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires someone eager to grow into a more senior role, ideally with a background in business or finance and a strong desire to expand their knowledge in that area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM MANAGEMENT & CLEANUP
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized to support the sales team.
- Execute one-off data cleaning projects to maintain data integrity.
- Set up new clients in the CRM as needed.
- Review internal buy-side deal filters weekly.
- Enrich target records with relevant industry details, company information, and key contacts.
SALES ENABLEMENT SUPPORT
- Provide relevant lead information to the sales team.
- Prepare materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches.
- Create and manage custom sales reports.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure the team has timely, accurate data for decision-making.
