ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of custom software projects, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines. This role serves as the central coordination point between stakeholders and overseas development teams, driving accountability, monitoring progress, and maintaining alignment throughout the full project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT EXECUTION & DELIVERY

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom software projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet defined quality standards.

- Track project timelines and milestones, identifying risks or delays early and driving corrective action when needed.

- Coordinate tasks across development teams to ensure programmers remain on schedule and deadlines are consistently met.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining alignment on expectations, timelines, and project progress.

- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions while ensuring clear communication across all parties.

QUALITY CONTROL & VERIFICATION
