ROLE OVERVIEW

The Search & Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing paid media strategy and supporting SEO growth initiatives across the business. This role focuses on performance marketing, customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and organic search growth across multiple digital channels, supporting both e-commerce and B2B lead generation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Media & Growth Marketing

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads

- Oversee Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns

- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and keyword strategies aligned with both DIY consumers and commercial buyers

- Support expansion into commercial and hospitality verticals through LinkedIn advertising initiatives

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, and lead quality goals

- Reallocate budgets toward high-performing campaigns and growth opportunities

SEO & Organic Growth Support
