What We Can Achieve Together: As a member of the Engagement and Advocacy Campaigns Team , the Senior Campaigns Associate supports and implements federal advocacy and political influence campaigns to advance The Nature Conservancy’s biodiversity, climate, and natural climate solutions priorities. The position serves as a key connector between the North American Policy and Government Relations ( NAPGR) policy experts , state chapters , and volunteer leaders and stakeholders , helping translate federal policy priorities into effective advocacy strategies and engagement efforts. The Senior Campaigns Associate plays a critical role in coordinating campaign activities, developing advocacy tools and resources, engaging key supporters, and supporting cross‑organizational collaboration to influence legislative and administrative outcomes at the federal level. We're Looking for You: The Senior Campaigns Associate plans, coordinates, and implements advocacy strategies and campaign activities to engage key supporters and stakeholders in support of federal policy priorities. This includes supporting campaign development and execution, creating advocacy materials and communications, organizing trainings and events, and coordinating outreach efforts with internal and external partners. The role serves as a liaison among NAPGR policy experts, Engagement and Advocacy Campaigns colleagues, state chapters, and volunteer leaders, ensuring alignment, information flow, and effective execution of advocacy initiatives. The Associate contributes research, policy analysis, logistical support, and strategic input to help advance legislative and administrative objectives.
