WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Project manage customer delivery projects from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships.

- Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive progress and successful outcomes on customer engagements.

- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies

- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early

- Provide accurate, timely delivery status to customers, cross-functional stakeholders and the Director of Project Delivery

- Maintain delivery tracking and documentation in project management tools such as jira

- Drive project planning and retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement
