Our client is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of content creation and platform management across key digital channels. The organization is focused on strengthening its brand presence across Meta and LinkedIn while expanding visibility within AI-driven search environments through Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO). This role plays a central part in driving engagement, improving share of voice, and aligning social strategy with broader marketing priorities.

Fully remote | 8 AM - 5 PM EST

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager will lead content creation, publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking across Meta and LinkedIn platforms, while also supporting broader channel distribution. This role is responsible for implementing the content calendar, managing community engagement, and executing LLMO and citation initiatives to enhance brand visibility in AI-generated responses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

- Create and publish regular content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube based on strategic priorities

- Design visually compelling posts using Canva and Adobe Photoshop

- Write engaging, platform-specific copy aligned with target audiences and engagement goals

- Collaborate with the video editor to coordinate video content needs and provide creative direction

- Implement and optimize the content calendar provided by the Marketing Director, incorporating creative input

- Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite to ensure consistency

- Monitor engagement and performance metrics regularly
