YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and own Mimica’s enterprise pipeline engine.
This is not a pure execution role. You’ll act as a strategic driver of pipeline creation, designing how we go from an outbound-heavy motion to a balanced, scalable inbound + marketing-sourced engine.
You’ll define how enterprise buyers discover Mimica, test and refine messaging in-market, and ensure campaigns translate into real revenue impact - not just leads.
PART OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Build and scale a digital-first demand engine that drives qualified enterprise pipeline, with clear ownership of results.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, social) aligned to target segments and markets.
- Balance broad digital acquisition with targeted, account-focused initiatives to reach enterprise buyers effectively.
- Continuously test and refine messaging in-market, using performance data and sales insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensure strong alignment with sales to maximize pipeline conversion, quality, and follow-through.
- Own and optimize funnel performance, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Drive promotion and distribution of key initiatives (e.g., webinars, content, campaigns) to maximize pipeline impact.
