ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building and scaling a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of customers globally. We move fast, ship often, and design quality is a core driver of conversion, retention, and product trust.

We're looking for a Frontend Designer with deep design instincts and strong frontend skills — someone who can take real ownership of how our product looks, feels, and scales visually. We don't use Figma. Design is collaborative and built directly in code, typically starting from wireframes. You'll define and evolve our design system, set the visual bar, and ship UI that reflects it across multiple surfaces of the product.

This is not a junior or mid execution role. We're looking for someone who has strong opinions on design and design systems, has done this at a high level, and can both set direction and ship the work themselves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design Leadership & Systems

- Own, structure, and evolve the design system — tokens, components, patterns, interaction standards, and visual language.

- Set the visual quality bar across the product and ensure consistency across all surfaces.

- Translate brand and product strategy into a coherent, scalable design language.

- Continuously audit the product for visual debt, inconsistencies, and opportunities to elevate quality.
