We're looking for an Inbox and CRM Coordinator to join a fast-moving merchant cash advance operation. This role starts with two core responsibilities: monitoring the lender reply inbox daily and keeping the CRM accurate and up to date. As you get comfortable with how deals move through the pipeline, you will grow into scrubbing deals before submission and eventually sending deals out to lenders directly. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the MCA or alternative lending space and understands how deals flow from submission through lender response. If you are organized, responsive, and can keep a high-volume inbox and CRM clean without dropping details, this role is a strong fit.
