Position Summary The Industrial Engineering Manager, Workforce Management leads the development and improvement of labor standards that support efficient staffing across a large retail store network. This role manages and mentors a senior analyst while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure labor models, budgets, and demand plans are aligned. The work directly supports accurate labor allocation and better operational outcomes for stores.
