Internal Recruitment Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Internal Recruitment Assistant to support our internal hiring operations and talent community initiatives. This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week. This role is execution-focused and process-driven. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and community engagement while ensuring a smooth experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to develop sourcing skills and grow into a more strategic talent role.
