WHY WE’RE HIRING THIS ROLE:

- We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to own our full go-to-market narrative and growth engine as we scale from early traction (600K+ developers) to category leadership in voice AI

- This is a builder role focused on creating a high-performance, developer-first marketing system that supports both PLG growth and enterprise pipeline

- You will partner directly with the founders to define the category, sharpen positioning, and translate technical depth into market impact

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- 30 Day:

- Build a deep understanding of Vapi’s product, developer motion, and enterprise GTM strategy

- Audit current marketing channels, growth loops, and attribution systems

- Align with founders and GTM leadership on positioning, priorities, and success metrics

- 60 Day:

- Establish marketing operating cadence (OKRs, pipeline reviews, reporting)

- Refine positioning and messaging across developer and enterprise audiences

- Begin scaling high-impact growth channels (content, SEO, developer engagement)

- 90 Day:

- Launch a cohesive marketing engine spanning developer growth, product marketing, and demand generation

- Implement clear attribution and resource allocation across channels

- Deliver measurable impact on developer activation and enterprise pipeline generation

WHO YOU ARE:

- You’ve scaled a developer-first or infrastructure product from early traction to meaningful growth (e.g. $30M to $100M ARR or 100K to 1M+ users)

- You understand both PLG and enterprise GTM motions and how to balance them effectively
