- Today, too much senior People capacity is consumed by operational work instead of strategy and org design

- This role creates separation between system design and system execution

- The People Operations Manager becomes the execution engine of the People function, ensuring programs run reliably and employees have a consistent, high-quality experience

What You’ll Do:

- 30 Day:

- Ramp on People systems (Lattice, Sequoia One, payroll, benefits workflows)

- Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding execution

- Support ongoing performance cycle logistics and communications

- Build baseline reporting for headcount, attrition, and core People metrics

- 60 Day:

- Fully own execution of performance cycles, including Lattice administration

- Establish consistent onboarding and offboarding experience across teams

- Audit People systems, data integrity, and workflows

- Identify process gaps and begin implementing operational improvements

- 90 Day:

- Implement reporting dashboards for performance, promotions, and attrition

- Drive process automation and scalability across People systems

- Serve as a trusted, responsive first point of contact for employees

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of HR Ops, People Ops, or similar experience in a high-growth environment

- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and performance tools (Lattice and Sequoia One preferred)
